We offer three types of registrations.

1. With Residence

October 02, 2026- Check in at Hilton Garden Inn (from 2 PM)
October 02, 2026- Conference Opening Ceremony at 6 PM
Conference Dinner at 7 PM
October 03, 2026- Breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn
Conference starts at 9.00 AM and ends at 6.30 PM
Conference Lunch, three coffee breaks, Dinner at 7 PM
October 04, 2026 - Breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn
Coffee break during conference sessions
12.00 – Conference Closing Ceremony
12.30- Lunch
With all the above and CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION
Registration details
INR 19000/US$ 200 (for shared accommodation in a double room) - For each participant
INR 23000/US$ 245 (for single accommodation)

2. Conference only (without residence)

Day 1, October 02, 2026-:
    - Conference dinner at 07.00 PM
    - Conference Opening Ceremony at 08.00 PM
Day 2, October 03, 2026:
    - Conference start at 09.00 AM and ends at 06.30 PM (Conference lunch, conference dinner, 2 x coffee breaks)

INR 10000 - equivalent to 110 USD (for Indonesian Participant)
Alternatively, the Bedrock Hotel is available for a stay. (see: https://socio.org.uk/stm/accommodation.php)

3. Registration details (Virtual Presentation)

Virtual Presentation
US$ 70/INR 3750/IDR 600,000
There is no further fee for Open Source Proceedings and journals without APC

4. If two or more authors of the same paper present virtually, the fee for the primary author is US$ 70/INR 3750/IDR 600,000 and for co-author is US$ 50/INR 2500/IDR 450,000 Both authors will get a certificate and registration kit (through postal delivery)
Papers presented virtually are eligible for post-conference journal publications.

Co-authors and accompanying individuals with authors pay INR 7500 for non-residential.
For residential co-authors and accompanying individuals, the fee is as follows.
INR 17000/US$ 180 (for shared accommodation in a double room)
INR 20000/US$ 220 (for single accommodation)
