Paper submission instructions

Manuscript submissions should only be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) or Word Document Format (DOC).

The following style files and templates are available for LaTeX and Microsoft Word users.

Templates: Depending on whether you are using LaTeX or Microsoft Word for formatting your paper, you can download the following templates that incorporate the IEEE formatting specifications

Note to Authors:

All submissions MUST be blind. Authors should not specify their names and affiliations in the paper.

One author has to present the accepted paper at the conference. A no-show is not permitted. 

Papers must meet IEEE  quality standards.

AI tools are not permitted to write papers, as the conference employs AI use detection tools. However, authors can use text editors to improve the language and presentation. 

The IEEE template permits six pages. However, an additional four pages are allowed with a fee of $25 per page.
