Paper submission instructions
Manuscript submissions should only be in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) or Word Document Format (DOC).
The following style files and templates are available for LaTeX and Microsoft Word users.

Note to Authors:
All submissions MUST be blind. Authors should not specify their names and affiliations in the paper.
One author has to present the accepted paper at the conference. A no-show policy is not permitted.
Papers must meet IEEE quality standards.
It is not permitted to use AI tools to write the paper. The conference employs AI use detection tools.
